It's that time of year again. Time for our neighborhood association's Annual Meeting! Typically we meet the second Monday of every month on Zoom, but we are excited to gather in person on November 11. Please mark your calendar and join us at Morningside Presbyterian Church as we reflect on 2024 and look ahead to 2025.

Thank you to this year's nominating committee, composed of Halley Blythe, Marc Tammes and Phyllis Wingo. We would also like to recognize and extend our appreciation for outgoing board members: Don Campbell, Micah Coleman, Grant Davies, Brandon Dhande, Rebekah Falkler, Josh Kirschner, Eric Lewis, Ryan Murphy, Rob Schuler and Nick Vachon. But luckily for us, many of them are not going far and will continue to serve our neighborhood - for that we are extremely grateful!
BY-LAW CHANGES
The following by-law changes (in red) will also be voted on by the membership.
Article III – Directors
D. The Board of Directors shall establish Committees of the Board which shall include Security, Zoning, Membership, Communications and other committees as deemed necessary. a Zoning Committee and a Security Patrol Committee.The Chairs of these committees the Zoning Committee and the Security Patrol Committee shall serve as members of the Board. Any member of the Board of Directors may serve as Chair of one or more committees, but shall only have one vote.
Article IV – Meetings of Board of Directors
E. Votes on time-sensitive topics can be conducted via email between monthly meetings. The Executive Committee has the authority to determine the voting method (e.g. in person, video conference or email) for each matter requiring a board vote. When possible, without causing undue delay, the Board shall conduct all votes in person (or via video conference) at monthly meetings.
