Maintaining the neighborhood’s character and protecting neighbors from zoning violations is the work of the Zoning Committee. Volunteers hear variance requests the first Tuesday of every month (except when that date is a holiday). Meetings are currently held online via Zoom at 7:00 PM.
All neighbors are welcome to attend. To join the committee, simply begin coming to meetings. There is a requirement that new members attend at least 3 meetings in order to vote on variance recommendations.
